This paper presents an assessment of the satisfaction of taxpayers who use the fire prevention service and panic Fire Department in the city of Colombo-Paraná. The questions addressed that involve customer service, available via web services, project analysis service, service time and facilities, resulting in the end, through the results obtained a list of suggestions for improving services. The survey was conducted in the city of Colombo - PR in the Municipality Fire Department, to evaluate the level of satisfaction of users of the services sector survey from the Fire Department. The central focus was to verify the user satisfaction survey of the sector reflecting on the influencing factors and interference in providing this service above the legal and bureaucratic issues is social promotion and public security. |
