In the real state market, there is a need to know which particulars and items can explain the value of na apartment. This study presents a theorican-concptual boarding of multiple linear regression as a suport tool to Evaluation Engineering, a brief history and the main concepts of this evaluation tool. In short, this study aim to certify if and how much the face orientation of the apartments influences its value in the city of Curitiba. For that, it will be used the Evaluation Engineering and the ABNT NBR 14653. The result of the study is that the face orientation influences the apartment value in the city of Curitiba. |
