This work aimed to study the factors required to adapt hydraulic press brakes which are obsolete according to the Brazilian's security norm. The principal focus is the pressing zone and the security devices that protect this area. To complete this objective, some topics were studied: operation of the machine, associated risks, legal requirements and optoelectronic safety devices available in our domestic market. The last one covered some ideas about the description of the operation, the particularities which model and costs. In addition, was described some procedures for regularization. |
