Resumo: This project relays the building, programing, control, and analysis of an electrical micro-oven, with PID control implemented by a microcontroller. The micro-oven’s main usage is to execute maintenance of optic-fiber cables, aside from other possible uses, and its size, heat area, maximum temperature, microcontroller, source cables, switching devices, temperature sensors, resistances, and all other instruments, devices and electrical components where designed to fill this main application featuring a complete relation of all the components that where utilized in the project, and a definition of why where they chosen, when compared to their similar ones, along with a complete explaining off all the components themselves. Also includes a thoroughly explaining of the PID control method used in the micro-oven’s temperature control, and in conclusion, relates the final results of the heating curve found in the practical testing of the micro-oven, and proves the adequate functioning of the final built project.
