Academic research to define a decision-making model, classifying, according to the bibliography, the types of human faults present in companies of the electric sector, in order to determine the best techniques for improving human performance in operation and maintenance, for through the use of a multicriteria decision-making method, ANP (Analytic Network Process) in the software SuperDecisions. The method chosen is the generalization of AHP (Hierarchical Process Analysis), a methodology of hierarchical analysis of information that considers different weights, defined by the Saaty scale, for each one of its nodes, by way of pairwise comparisons between each of their criteria, subcriteria and alternatives. It is intended by this to define the best line of defense to achieve the goal: the improvement of human performance. After the method was implemented with its weights filled, it was possible to determine that the line of defense to be applied, in order to increase human performance is training, followed by supervision. Another fundamental feature of the software presented in this work is the dynamic analysis tool of the system, which changes the weights of the nodes in an agile way, by the analysis of the nodes sensitivity. The tool chosen to make this analysis an applicable tool for the continuous improvement of human performance. |
