Resumo: Electric ovens are very popular and exist for decades. Even though almost every home has one of these machines, its technology has not evolved considerably during these years. This paper seeks a solution on improving the functionality of those devices without requiring their complete replacement. This engineering project consists in an periferic device capable of closed-loop­controlling the temperature, with an loT interface that allows the oven to be piloted remotely.
