This work is a culminating study support the completion of the degree course; it presents the feasibility of building an automated greenhouse system for the production of crops. The greenhouse here that was developed as a project performs monitorization on variables that interfere with the production of a given crop. The correction of these variables will happen through an automated microcontroller system. The control of the greenhouse parameters such as temperature and internal air humidity are influenced by the opening and closing of the retractable ceiling of the greenhouse. The parameter linked to soil humidity will be controlled and moderated by opening or closing the irrigation hose and opening and closing of the greenhouse ceiling. Depending on the climatic conditions outside of the greenhouse, the parameters measured by the sensors and compared with the parameters recorded on the microcontroller will be in accordance with the crop that is being cultivated. Otherwise, the microcontroller will indicate the necessity of action for the motor or irrigation valve of the greenhouse. The project developed, currently utilizes and enhances the use of software, programming, hardware, location of implementation, proportions of size for a proportional scale and a supervision system for the greenhouse to control and monitor the internal ecosystem. |
