Resumo: With constant economic concern occurred in recent years, energy efficiency becomes evident in the world. This energy efficiency can be achieved through technological improvements, where more efficient equipments are produced or can be obtained through projects aimed at reducing losses in a given process / equipment. This work will ben developed for the heating system of indoor pools, always aimed at increasing energy efficiency and hence an economy. The study will be branched in two ways, the first will primarily focus on increasing energy efficiency by recovering the exhaust gas of gas heaters and subsequent use of the gases recovered in the environment of heat pumps. The second aims to improve energy efficiency through the use of solar heaters. The whole project will be developed taking as a case study the pool of UTFPR - Campus Curitiba (Headquarters), but the intention is that the work will serve as a basis (or even inspiration) for similar projects, since commercial and indoor swimming pools are largely responsible for the expenses with energy of the institution at the end of the month.
