This research proposes an investigation of planning techniques that are used within construction companies located within the city of Curitiba therefore allowing for an overall view on the situation to be taken. The data was obtained through questioning and interviewing people working in the related field. After thorough analysis of the results, it is evident that companies are planning, managing deadlines, costs and the quality of their output. However, the philosophy of each company and the characteristics of the project manager result in differing final outcomes. |
