This research project is to present a proposal for technical and economically viable project for a new system of water supply of a micro hydro-electric power plant, currently disabled, located in Rio Branco do Sul / PR. This study is part of a larger project to revitalize the plant, given its current state of deterioration. Through site visits, data were collected through measurements made with equipment such as tape measures and total station. They were then made alternative proposals for the project plant adduction system with the aim of its revitalization. We studied three alternatives in order to take the best possible. The first was to maintain the original configuration; the second was to decrease the length of the intake channel and the penstock to reduce the losses; the third was to make the engine room below the dam, eliminating the adduction channel, and reducing the cost of penstock. Yielded viable values, thus contributing so you can have the best possible use in the generation of electricity by the plant. |
