The main target of this was to analyze the competitive environmental characteristics of civil construction, based on the five forces of Porter. From the model questionnaire to be apply as interviews form to employees with functions like engineers, techniques, architects, coordinators, managers and directors. The data research was made through probabilistic method. For the analysis descriptive statistics was used. The data research was delimited in Curitiba and metropolitan region. The focus of the research is on the civil construction companies. The size of the sample was of 125 companies. Analyzing the results of the research was verified that most of the answers to be aligned with the current market, such as: raw material has a big impact at businesses characteristics and overall costs, mostly suppliers are local, there is high quantity of customers and sales are made directly with the customers. |
