Resumo: This case study presents a comparative analysis of the impacts in the sizing of a building with underground floor, ground floor (with structure transition) and seven type floors based on a shallow foundation in isolated footing, considering the soilstructure interaction through a modeling using the TQS software. The project criterions are described and then presented the interact process to make analysis between the traditional form of structure modeling – fixed bearings –, and the soilstructure form of modeling – elastic bearings. As a main object of this discussion and analysis, the amount of steel and concrete used in the structure was compared, not considering, and then, considering the Soil-Structure Interacting System. The distribution of repressions, reactions and effort transferring among the structural components of the building, were also considered in this analysis.
