The construction industry represents an economy’s share that is now in full growth due to easier financing options and better ways to buy a real state. This major development request several changes in the planning system of a construction site to make it adequate to attend the market’s conditions. An enterprise success depends, fundamentally, on its planning by an economic practicability’s study, on the development of the construction’s budget and on the elaboration of a schedule to work as financial and physical sample to the building. The most common complaints of the clients are about the delay of a real state’s delivery. Therefore this study has the purpose to identify the methods and means to create a better time management to a construction enterprise. Thereunto, the main concepts related to this kind of planning were researched. Thus, it can be concluded that a good enterprise management allows a better evaluation of its physical and financial performances. As a result, the quality of the work improves, the deadlines are accomplished and the cost can be reduced. |
