Resumo: The search for technical improvements in the Structural design Sector is a vital part of the production chain of Construction. Better and more efficiently designs are one of the sector demand and developing structural designs more compact and smart makes the cycle more efficient with better answers more intelligence and more economical. The story of construction projects is recalled from not using project at all passing through projects designed by hand getting to methods disseminated today like The CAD / CAM systems. The Next Project Industry evolutionary step is not only in the Update of Current Systems, but developing a new system adding not only tools of representation but also tools Information. In this scenario was born the idea of BIM system adding valuable information and grouping more essentials and Indispensable data for the whole design, and from that point on it is no recommended anymore to speak only of a single project without thought of all the steps in progress from budget passing through project realization up to the point of generating work schedules. In this reality, the present work, through a BIM platform adoption developed a base of new necessary data to an Information system Implementation for the branch of structural precast projects. The information to perform a parameterization of structural elements is the step reached by this work aiming to create more complete and intelligent structural designs.
