The cultivation of plants in greenhouses is widely used because it allows the increasing of agricultural productivity, as well as it makes possible growing of various exotics plants, providing a microclimate that satisfies the necessity for certain agricultural production. The objective of this project is the development of a greenhouse capable of performing automated control of important factors in plants breeding as: irrigation, temperature, humidity and ventilation. To achieve the goal, the following steps were necessary: planning, choose the materials, software development, installation and testing. The central system consists of a FriendlyArm Tiny 6410 board that contain an ARM 11 processor, with Human Machine Interface developed considering a touch screen and a mouse already built into the board. The control system of the greenhouse allows users to save and load different configurations of control, enabling the use of the greenhouse for different kinds of plants. As a result, the project achieved the objectives by controlling the temperature and humidity as requested by the user besides ventilating and watering as programmed. |
