The purpose of this work is the development of PSCBEF - Prototype System for Football Stadiums Turnstiles Biometrics - a system for fan registration and access control which uses biometrics, specifically fingerprints. This project aims to control the fans that should have access to the premises of the stadium, resulting in greater security for all viewers. To this end, before having access to the bleachers of the stadium, the supporters will need registering which contains the fingerprint, a photo and personal data. The project can be divided primarily on the development of four pillars: a system database, an application for registration, the turnstiles themselves and a server for these. The communication with the server and the computer registration with the server are done via standard Ethernet cables with UTP, using TCP / IP. The applications are based on the programming language C#, the firmware on C, and all databases in SQL. |
