The referee reports are used to record all information related to a sporting event and are satisfied by the match officials. The project is intended to scan the sports referee reports. The referee reports will consist of a web application written in C # language. This application can be accessed by the referee booking with a particular user. This special user is entitled to view and edit the information. The application can also be accessed by authorized vehicles prints, that will be able to view, in real time, the information entered by the arbitrators on the referee reports. The referee reports will communicate via RF with the referee's card. This card is similar to a smartphone, and all information entered by the referee (via the touchscreen display) will be sent immediately to the electronic referee reports. |
