This final papper contains a field research with the automotive industry, in order to obtain the requirements for modeling an application to solve the problem of communication between business partners where the automotive industry supplier does not have an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) embedded with the EDI communication (Electronic Data Interchange), therefore, not being part of of the supply chain. With this, enabling small and medium-sized businesses may be able to be part of the supply chain. After the production of the proposed artifact were done testing and evaluation, to meet all the proposed requirements, it was also evaluated the quality of the software product through a methodology developed based on international standards on software quality ISO/IEC 9126 and ISO/IEC 14598. |
