Resumo: Despite all the technological evolution over the last 20 years, according to the Pan American Health Organization and the World Health Organization, the rates of psychological disorders such as depression are very high, and in the world it is estimated that over 300 million people suffer from this disorder, an increase of 18 % between 2005 and 2015. The exercise of the wheel of life, developed by Paul Meyer, is widely used by therapists in the world as a form of reflection and self-evaluation of the quality of life of individuals. Through this exercise, it is possible to think about ways to change behaviors and habits that make all areas of life healthier. This work is a mobile app that makes the wheel of life an exercise more accessible to everyone, including suggestions for activities to improve areas that were self-evaluated with low grades. It is possible to evaluate the progress and regresses of users over time through a history and charts that allow the visualization of the wheels of life created in the past and the goals of each person, besides allowing the creation of alarms to remind the users to complete their self-evaluation whenever they choose.
