Resumo: The dismemberment of this work is the evaluation of accelerating the healing process of precast concrete, with respect to the maturity method, which in this case is subject to the application of steam in the play. Results in a process that accelerates the hydration reactions of Portland cement V ARI-RS, with release conditions and anticipated part with high initial resistance. In view of analyzing the temperature with respect to time, can achieve satisfactory strength. Demonstrates a result of compression test during the months of February, March and April, with averages of normal healing and steam for comparison, it can be concluded as the compressive strength (fck) is added per hour of steam application. For a dynamic setting the time that a piece is to obtain a rapid de-forms and to release part of the work. Due to the growth of production in the construction sector demand is big and technologies are developed in order to benefit all those involved directly and indirectly.
