This study aims to develop a manual of procedures for some construction activities, subdivided into categories of vertical and horizontal seals, supported by the Brazilian Program of Quality and Productivity Habitat (PBQP-H). This report describes the characteristics of the construction industry and quality management systems. The composition of the work also includes the presentation of activities flowcharts, models of chip inspection and verification along with coding and description of relevant technical standards to the specified process. Closing the paper proposes the continuation of the manual for the following activities as well as the importance and how such manuals can be applied to segments of the construction industry. |
