This project explain how important is, to a graphic enterprise, to do costs surveys to build a sale price. This process influences directly the business strategy and, consequently, the profitability of the company. Therefore, map and split direct and indirect costs correctly were fundamental tools to develop this project and was where it was possible to realize how difficult is conciliate technical knowledge, regarding generate sales price, with technical knowledge of graphic process. When improving RKW method was possible to reduce production costs and increase the sales power letting company more competitive. |
