Resumo: The process equipment such as conveyors, feeders and conveyors, used in the industry have the intention of improving the product financially and technically in order to worker safety and product quality. The use of these new skills incorporated into conventional processes are global market trends. The process liquid dosing has a great demand in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and food industries. This project aims to automate the process of dispensing liquids that do not require a lot of precision, focusing on small business, using low cost equipments aiming savings, increasing productivity and process quality. For this to happen we will develop the study, design and manufacture of a prototype that meets the basic needs of a production process liquid dosing using automation components controlled by a supervisor. Brings as a result, a reduction in the cost of system implementation, increased control, and production quality and reduced rework during liquid dosing.
