Resumo: By ANEEL determination, the thermoelectric units must be inspected to determine the effective "installed" power and "net" power in order to record the available capacity to the electrical system. If the data obtained in the performance essay are in disagreement with the conditions and obligations, shall subject the violator to fines and administrative penalties. The inspections are done by means of performance tests on each power generating unit -as normative resolution 420/2010 from ANEEL. Measurements are made with certified power metering devices. Are used at least three metering devices, as follows: one for each generating unit, one for the auxiliary services (offices, maintenance shops, street lighting, etc.) and one for the connection point with the electric power utility. In order to implement a system that optimizes the data collection and concentrate the data obtained,from all the multimetersused in the performance test, will be test the application of an automation software to achieve the expected efficiency, and to meet the standard 420/2010 from ANEEL-systematic determination of the "Installed Capacity" and "Net Power" enterprise of generating electricity for the purpose of licensing, regulation and inspection services power generation.
