Resumo: |
The radio communication in emergency service providers bodies makes use of analog and digital equipment containing fixed terminals, mobile, portable and repeaters, which are used in the radio link setup, amplification, regeneration and increased radio signal coverage within the territory paranaense. With the occurrence of weather as changes in temperature, rainfall, extreme heat (heat and cold), among other natural phenomena, cause unexpected and inopportune disconnections in repeaters. The occurrence of this type of shutdown, often leaves, for example, a whole battalion of police without radio communication, remaining only as an alternative telephone communications. The purpose of this work is the supervision of the conditions of these repeaters and eventually your remote reclosing equipment. Another important aspect is the difficulty of access to repeaters, due to the current location of some radio equipment of PMPR, leaving the process of acting on the repeater and its labor monitoring and lasting for hours. Automating this model will make possible monitoring and executing commands in the most efficient repeaters and lasting a few minutes, making the communication service between the operations center and vehicles and between vehicles, safer and more availability. Whereas the provision of emergency services, you use the radio communication system to provide an extremely important service to society, the existence of robust systems for fast and easy management and monitoring is essential and necessary. The current configuration and location of some repeaters of some public agencies makes an intervention demands time and cost to the state, and a remote system control and monitoring would generate the possibility of some telemetric interventions simultaneously and practically causing only implementation costs of the remote telemetry system. |
