In a context where the market requirements grow dramatically, the search for management solutions that can enhance the results is a big challenge for companies. This research presents an exploratory approach on the management of processes in the technical sector of a furniture store modulated. Presents the analysis process, through the measurement data for identifying problems. Discusses methodologies for process management, the aid of these methodologies for creating processes in the company studied, by indicators generated for comparison of results. The research brings as a result, through the creation and definition of processes, decrease the number of errors and increase production capacity. |
