This work addresses the development of a device able to perform assembling rolling in gear and shaft of the tractor wheel gearbox, in order to improve the assembly process. This process was previously done manually, incurring risks to the operator and assembly errors. The development of the project considered the needs presented by the client. Later this device was built and tested by the company Knowha Electromechanical Industry Ltda. After the initial tests, additional tests and adjustments made by the customer in the field and in the laboratory, where they attended to all our needs and requirements, validating the equipment were performed. |
