This work shows the whole development of an electromechanical device for low cost and open source which integrates the mechanical parts, electronics and programming, enabling the fabrication of three-dimensional objects from the Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) method, meeting the needs of user. From device design are also presented descriptions of what makes up the equipment (use of wood and aluminum in the framework), the reasons for choosing each element, the solutions adopted in the mechanical part of the project, the implementation of electronics (use of microcontroller Arduino and shield RAMPS), the development of programming, techniques and solutions the adopted printing, calibration procedures, analysis of manufactured parts, in addition to suggestions for future work. |
