The present project concerns the project of a modernization of an automation for na industrial machine, sanding roll closing press, subject of a combined development between the EMC Soluções Eletro-Eletrônicas Ltda company and the author. On this project was applied a PLC (S7-200, CPU 226) in order to control the system and acquire variables for its supervision. For its programming, it was used the Ladder language, aiming for a simply yet robust solution, in order to facilitate further maintenance. The software Labview, based on the C language, compiled the application. The illustration used on the application, for easier understanding and visualization, was developed on the 3D modeling software Catia. A review about related themes, such as the Grafcet representation, the CLP S7-200, the Ladder language, software maintenance, supervision software and industrial sensors was made. In addition, for three months tests that proved the functionality of the system were made and followed for further improvement. |
