The present work has as a theme, the development and application of a supervisory system for data acquisition on a nitriding plasm reactor which belongs to UTFPR. The developed system aims to optimize the form of registration of process variables during a treatment cycle. A S7-200 Siemens PLC was used to control and interface between the reactor and Elipse SCADA supervisory system. The system can manipulate up to 3 flow variables and data acquisition of pressure, temperature, voltage and current. All these data can be visualized in real-time on the computer screen and recorded in historical files in table format that can be consulted after the essay. The laboratory tests made with this system validated its efficacy demonstrating the capacity of control, data acquisition and the signals records of the process variables. |
