With the advance of technology and the possibilities that the World computers offers, came the necessity for people to adapt, learn and work with these innovations. The digital education, it were, is necessary to every body who somehow participate in our society. Since education is primary function of the state, according to our constitution, access to this type of education works in parallel and depends on what we called "digital inclusion" keep in mind these aspects, and remembering that education makes man and that through the work changes society, this job intends to find out if all the interaction of man and the education at distance depend on some
