The crescent demand of new connected devices put an end to the available IPv4 address, creating the eminent necessity of IPv6 diffuse. With the new protocol comer a greater number of addresses, but written of more complex method and hexadecimal notation. The DHCP Protocol facilitates the hosts’, once the distribution is done automatically. This study aims to show and simulate the configuration and operation of the IPv6 network running the DHCP in the hosts’ addressing. |
