Resumo: Large metal objects such as pipelines, near transmission lines suffer from high voltage electromagnetic induction by the interactions of charged electromagnetic field line. There are voltages and currents induced in the pipeline which can cause conditions not foreseen in the original design of the pipeline. Through a computational model was reproduced the capacitive and inductive coupling between pipeline and transmission line, respectively using the method of simulated loads and Carson-Clem equation, to simulate the results in various situations of a system where the line transmission is at steady state. Were simulated, yet, grounded cables structures for the mitigation of the effects by electrical shielding.
