This paper presents a theoretical and practical point of asset management in the maintenance department in a company in the city of Curitiba. Discusses the concepts of asset management with a focus on the principles that form the base of the pyramid SGM, maintaining day to day, as well as its relation to the work done by maintenance staff. Proposes a tool developed to assist in asset management within the industrial maintenance sector of a company. The tool developed was used in an audit that consists of questions drawn from the application of the concepts of maintaining day to day based on the literature concerning the matter. Complemented by field research, the study found, through questionnaires, as is the alignment of the maintenance team from the manager, supervisor until manutentor with respect to what is proposed in the pyramid SGM. Brings as a result of the study, a radar chart showing the vision of every member of staff in relation to managing assets on the first step of the pyramid SGM, maintaining day to day. |
