This paper presents how are occurring changes in legislation related to the billing of energy to consumers in the groups "A" and "B" linked to Companhia Paranaense de Energia Elétrica. Its theoretical foundation tends to explain the latest regulatory ANEEL resolutions, after 2012, and therefore the analysis of the data billing companies of 6 different branches of trade and industry, with intuited to exemplify and verify the effect of the legislation on their electricity costs. Present the results obtained in this study, and propose some recommendations to each individual case studied. |
