Resumo: The Brazil has been discussing teacher training for years, the countri has considering the construction of theoretical knowledge, its relationship with the development of aspects related to professional practice and reflective training. Therefore, the school show in a prespective of space whereupon the first social experiences take place, but also promotes citizenship training. Wherefore, This paper analyzes the speeches made on three recorded meetings of Pedagogical Residency program of the Federal University of Norte do Tocantins, with the presence of coordinator, teacher and resident students, where the group analysed the skill EM13CNT103, exposed in the National Common Curricular Base. The intention of the program was to bring to the resident students the experience about the classroom lived by the coordinator and participating teacher of the group. The research took place remotely due to the pandemic moment. Therefore, the relevance of this work lies in describing the initial teacher training process developed by the Pedagogical Residency program at UFNT. It is observed that the performance of the coordinator and professor in relation to the development of scripts requested from the residents, provided due progress during the meetings, focusing on the crafted skill. In conclusion, the PRP aims to improve teacher training through the necessary articulation between what students, observing mainly the learn at the university and what they develop in the practice of PRP, considering that it is precisely one of the most important aspects of knowledge of the practice of the licensee. Therefore, the pedagogical residency at UFNT is designed with the purpose of showing the resident a broad field of knowledge, composed of different realities.
