The results were analyzed by ANOVA and Tukey’s test (p<0.05). In blind test, no significant difference was observed on the acceptance of the majority of the cachaças, except G brand, which presented the lowest score. In the packaging test, it was observed a different situation, the G, B, C, D, F and I cachaças were the most accepted while H brand was the least accepted. In the information test, the J and K cachaças were the most accepted.
