The forklift currently most used is the manual type, so also are commonly handled by industrial operators to carry out cargo transportation in question. These fillers may be single source and even the most robust anyway require greater attention to additional handling. Thus, a poorly trained and do not know how to use the forklift properly operator can cause serious problems to your workplace because it can generate inventory losses, damage to cargo as well as other workers who are at your fingertips and consequently , serious damage to the industry. This project will be presented the prototype of a robotic forklift design small–scale, next to its operation and components chosen for their production, which will be remote–controlled by microcontroller processes. Through this approach, the idea is to make the automated cargo transportation process faster, more accurate and safer, and the safety of users and the burdens involved in the process as fundamental. To this end, the principles of robotics and micro–controlled processes are used. |
