Resumo: Companies producing white ceramic in Campo Largo region are in general small and family, and the management is based on experience and knowledge of the businessperson, which sometimes leads to difficulties with the correct formation of the price, with control stocks and cash flow. To increase the competitiveness of companies in the region, an application was developed by the UTFPR research group, through a project entitled “Programa de Capacitação para Incorporação de Inovação Tecnológica – PCIT”, in which the author took part from 2008 to 2009. This application original has being used for three years successfully in the management of Chiquitti Ceramics micro company. The objective of this study was to customize this management application ever developed for the manufacture of white ceramic, for Vasos Literato micro company, which is also part of the Campo Largo Local Productive Arrangement. The company is restarting production activities this year, and saw this initiative as an opportunity for improvement of the administration. The methodology is research-action of a case study. Initially the company was characterized by applying a questionnaire and recording the observations made in the technical visits. This allowed the definition and parameterized of the process. With access to the company's way of operation was made the customization of the application, which was implemented glazing module to the application already developed and a training manual was made. After a period of use, the data were analyzed for each of the costs and profits from the sale of the pieces on list price. Our objectives were achieved, since the application is customized and available for use of the company along with the user manual. Suggestions for future work are the revision of production times, the percentage of losses at each stage of production and the inclusion of a spreadsheet to production management.
