Given the need for water reuse combined with current consumer demand for organic products and sustainable production, the use of alternative food production systems has been expanding. This work aimed to analyze the crop yield of lettuce irrigated with treated effluent refrigerator. Statistical design was randomized with two treatments and 15 replications was use. 30 seedlings of lettuce type Taina were planted 15 seedlings irrigated with effluent from a refrigerator (TF) and 15 seedlings with well (T0) were planted water . The variables were analyzed for productivity : size of the largest leaf, number of leaves, root length , fresh and dry weight , and to assess the health parameter did the analysis for the presence of fecal coliforms . The amount of leaves and root length did not achieve significant Tukey Test at the 5 % significance difference , whereas length in larger sheet for T0 was 21.5 and 19.7 cm for TF, fresh pasta for T0 was 171,5 grams and 97.1 grams for TF and dry mass parameter 8.5 grams and 5.6 grams for T0 to TF, the three parameters showed a significant difference. The T0 treatment showed higher productivity and lettuces of the two treatments showed fecal coliform. |
