Resumo: Nowadays, dealing with people is no longer a problem, but rather a solution; no longer a challenge but rather a competitive advantage for successful organizations. People are no longer considered mere resources but instead considered beings with intelligence, skill, knowledge and competence. On the other hand, dissatisfaction also leads to lack of motivation, non-performance of activities, low efficiency, withdrawal and dismissal. In this sense, this paper aims to analyze the satisfaction improvement of the members of the Londrina’s UTFPR’s Production Engineering Junior Enterprise through the actions of Quality of Working Life (QWL) Management. The research method used was Action Research, where members were involved in a participatory manner. The environment was investigated to survey the problems and later the possible solutions were analyzed. The analysis of the satisfaction questionnaire determined that the points of greatest dissatisfaction were fatigue / tiredness and mental health in relation to activities, with 31% of members dissatisfied. Then comes Team Commitment, reaching 23% of insatisfaction, followed by Layoffs, Study Incentives and Performance Appraisal with 15% of members dissatisfied. The application of two Quality of Work Life actions resulted in 80% of the members reaching a high level of use of those actions, providing knowledge beyond those they already had, and that that knowledge could help both their personal and academic lives. Thus, the research showed that the implementation of QWL programs allow a healthier work environment and, consequently, increased efficiency and quality of work, contributing to the company's success.
