This work will present the study of viability fot the implantation of composting yard that will receive urban waste shredded pruning and organic waste from a supermarket in a rehab clinic for drug addicts in Votuporanga, SP. It was performed waste characterization as parameters to the total carbon , total phosphorus , nitrogen Total kjeldahl , potassium and fixed and volatile total solids in an outsourced lab. The methodology used for the economic viability was the net present value indicators, internal rate of return and payback time, for the environmental viability it was used a methodology that compares the expense with the normal chemical fertilizer production with the organic fertilizer per tonne of product, and for the analyses of technical viability the situation of the area of implantation was observed with reference to current legislation, human resource and analyses of the combing. The project was economically feasible with a VPL equals to R$ 763.759,01 and a TIR equals to 91% at year, much better than a TMA of 12% and have a payback time of 2 year, 10 months and 23 days. The implantation of the yard also proved to be technically feasible, because it meets all the requirements of regulatory bodies of the state. The environmental viability presented a profit of R$ 1.498,68 with the composting, due to the disposal of waste in landfill and the production of fertilizers. In conclusion, the project is considered feasible. |
