The survival of companies is related to the adopted strategies of innovation and differentiation of the product offered to its client, for example: high production efficiency, low operating costs, high quality product and agile delivery. To achieve this level of management, it is critical that these organizations use high-efficiency techniques to ensure the desired results. The present work aims to develop and apply a Green Belt Lean 6 Sigma project in the loading flow of trucks of finished food products. For that, the areas of project management, PCP, logistics and quality engineering of a wheat flour producing industry were researched. In the course of the work, the steps of the application of Lean Six Sigma are presented, which is a tool that integrates two other methodologies of managerial strategy, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. One of the key features of Lean Six Sigma projects is the use of the application roadmap known as DMAIC which is also scaled throughout the work. |
