Resumo: The following paper consists in the creation and management of the brand "Descolados Colados", a company which develops paper handicrafs, especially bridal bouquets, and sells them on-line, in an e-commerce. To the development of the project, a research on branding, virtual e-commerce and social media was done, as well as an analysis of similar brands, to know their language, elements and composition in the view of the visual syntax. Through a bibliographical review and a research with the target consumer, the brand strategy was created, and then, the briefing. After, some studies in typography, colors and symbols were made to develop a brand with the proposed meaning, and which served the interests of the company. With the brand created, the specifications of use were compiled in a brand manual and the first press applications were created. After that, the virtual layouts and the lauching strategy of the company were also created. In the end, the budget for the production of the materials for the business communication was prepared.
