This review proposes to understand the challenges and achievements by graduated in Management course of UTFPR, college Pato Branco, graduated between 2008 to 2012 about their relationships with the job market. Starting from a quantitative approach, for research instrument has used a questionnaire, with closed answers. This questionnaire was sent to 136 students who had registered e-mails on school system. The research had 75 answers, corresponding to 55% of total. These data allows to characterize the profile of graduated in Management and identify how de graduation course contributes to the professional conquerors of these people. In this context, was founded young men and women who lives, mostly, on southwestern of Paraná. This young people notes a salary progression and a better positioning in their careers in function of the graduation. About the job, the respondents are allocated in several administrative function, however, stands out the financial and public sectors, Generally, the respondents are pleased about their acquired knowledge during the Management course. Although some peoples had difficulties to relating theoretical and practical concepts, mostly graduated considers ready to face the job market. |
