Resumo: Information is essential input to the execution of processes and organizational actions. Brazilian banks are one of the sectors that more invest in Information Technology (IT). However, its satisfactory utilization depends on the information quality (IQ) perceived by users. The diagnosis of IQ, as well as improvement application is important to mitigate the consequences at both in the individual impact (II) and in organizational performance. The objective of this research is to evaluate the influences concerning perceptions of the IQ on the II perceptions of internal users of the Sistema de Informações Banco do Brasil (SISBB). The chosen procedure was social survey with quantitative method and using a self-applied questionnaire. The respondents are SISBB internal users, of managerial level of Banco do Brasil (BB). For data analysis were used: Average, standard deviation, frequency of responses and statistical technique of multiple linear regression. The results reveal that there is a positive influence of IQ perceptions on II perceptions, as well as they indicate which of the independent variables of IQ that most influence the dependent variables of II. Future research can complement this study with performing qualitative approach, to investigate with the respondents the IQ variables with significant differences in the frequencies of responses.
