Resumo: The development of human resources is one way that the company managers have the willingness to add value to the organization. This study was to evaluate through the Phillips model the return on investment in skills development training in a precast company midsize located in Paraná. Through the evaluation of five levels, and they reaction, learning, application, results and measuring the Return on Investment (ROI) training brought a 441.67% return on the amount invested in training. The impact of the implementation of the training was given by generating new revenue with recycling and selling materials discarded by the production and the decrease in spending on payroll. The evaluation of the training also showed behavioral impact, reducing the number of absences of employees to work and creating an organizational climate returned to the company's values. We conclude, based on the evaluation of the results of training, the model of Phillips to return assessment training is efficient and that training applied in the company, and generate results in the short term is an investment that brings the managers an advantage competitive market.
