This study was to evaluate through the Phillips model the return on investment in skills development training in a precast company midsize located in Paraná. Through the evaluation of five levels, and they reaction, learning, application, results and measuring the Return on Investment (ROI) training brought a 441.67% return on the amount invested in training. The impact of the implementation of the training was given by generating new revenue with recycling and selling materials discarded by the production and the decrease in spending on payroll. The evaluation of the training also showed behavioral impact, reducing the number of absences of employees to work and creating an organizational climate returned to the company's values. We conclude, based on the evaluation of the results of training, the model of Phillips to return assessment training is efficient and that training applied in the company, and generate results in the short term is an investment that brings the managers an advantage competitive market. A valorização do capital humano é uma das formas que os gestores das empresas têm a disposição para agregar valor à organização. O presente trabalho foi realizado com o objetivo de avaliar por meio do modelo de Phillips o retorno sobre o investimento em treinamento de desenvolvimento de habilidades em uma empresa de pré-moldados de médio porte situada no Paraná. Através da avaliação em cinco níveis, sendo eles o de reação, de aprendizagem, de aplicação, de resultados e de medição do Retorno do Investimento (ROI) o treinamento trouxe um retorno de 441,67% sobre o valor investido no treinamento. O impacto da aplicação do treinamento se deu através da geração de novas receitas com reaproveitamento e venda de materiais descartados pela produção e com a diminuição dos gastos com a folha de pagamento. A avaliação do treinamento também mostrou impacto comportamental, diminuindo o número de faltas dos empregados ao trabalho e gerando um clima organizacional voltado aos valores da empresa.
