In this category, there are the local roads, which are responsible for the agricultural production outflow and the rural communities’ integration. In places that there are streams, it is needed the construction of bridges to obtain access to the communities. These bridges are made by wood in most of the cases because it is of an easy acquisition material and durable. The project’s goal is to present a survey of some wooden bridges selected in the city of Cunha Porã, Santa Catarina state, identifying the damages present in the structure with the intention of ensuring its operation, allowing free access of vehicles and people, also preserving public property. The method used for the technical inspections were selected by literature review, which were adopted the techniques with the lowest coast possible and easy handling, such as: Visual Inspection Technique, Percussion Technique: sound interpretation with hammer and Shallow Drilling Technique with pecking actions. The survey`s data was collected through photographic collection and registration of information. After the checking, it was identified damages in the structure of the wooden bridges, such as: wood deterioration, moisture stains and attack by insects and others. Finally, it was noted that there is no maintenance on the bridges and the applied methodology was efficient, in the terms that it was stipulated coherent data towards the bridges situation. As estradas têm a importante função de promover o deslocamento e facilitar o acesso a serviços e mercadorias. Nessa categoria, se encontram as estradas vicinais, responsáveis pelo escoamento da produção agrícola e a integração das comunidades rurais. Em locais que existem obstáculos é necessário a construção de pontes, para se obter acesso as comunidades, onde na maioria dos casos essas pontes são construídas em madeira, por ser um material de fácil obtenção e durável. O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar um levantamento de algumas pontes em madeira selecionadas no município de Cunha Porã, no estado de Santa Catarina, identificando os danos presentes na estrutura com a intenção de assegurar seu funcionamento, permitir o livre acesso de veículos e pessoas, além de preservar o patrimônio público. Diante disso, os métodos utilizados para as inspeções foram técnicas selecionadas pela revisão bibliográfica, na qual foram adotadas as técnicas de menor custo possível e de fácil manuseio, tais como: Técnica de Inspeção Visual, Técnica de Percussão: Interpretação Sonora com Martelo e Técnica de Sondagem Superficial com Picoteamento. A coleta de dados foi realizada através de acervo fotográfico e registro de informações. Com a verificação realizada, foram identificados danos na estrutura de pontes em madeira, tais como: deterioração da madeira, manchas por umidade e ataque por insetos, entre outros.
