In the face of this, the present Final Paper proposes Didactic Tools to aid in the development of orality with students of the third grade of elementary school 1. This project is aimed specifically at students of the basic level due to the importance of the development of oral skills in the first years of school life. It is fundamental that the school takes the student to acquire mastery of the oral expression in different social spheres, evidencing the construction of the knowledge, through the interaction in community. We begin, in fact, with the understanding that oral and written skills cannot be dissociated, since assimilation between the two is fundamental in the formation of children. For this study we adopt the perspective of language as a development activity, related to Bakhtin's proposals (2003); Vigotski (1998, 2007); and the perspectives of text and gender in Marcushi (2002, 2008) and Fávero, Andrade and Aquino (2000). The project was applied to students from 7 to 9 years old, students from the Municipal School Higino Antunes Pires Neto located in the city of Francisco Beltrão / PR. Therefore, in applying the project, we suggest that it is possible to promote a reflection on the importance of orality and to lead students to the field of oral expression in different social spheres. The main objective of this work was to develop a project directed to students of basic education, of a public school, proposing didactic tools that can help teachers in their work with orality. The results obtained demonstrate, in a general way, that students with greater difficulties of expressing themselves orally, when exposed to activities that stimulated this practice, showed total interest in participating and interacting with colleagues. Sabendo que a modalidade oral possui uma relevância significativa no cenário da educação. Diante disso, este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso propõe ferramentas didáticas para o auxílio no desenvolvimento da oralidade com alunos do terceiro ano do ensino fundamental 1. O fato de o projeto ser voltado especificamente para alunos do nível básico deve-se à importância do desenvolvimento de habilidades relativas à oralidade, nos primeiros anos da vida escolar. É fundamental que a escola leve o aluno a adquirir domínio da expressão oral em diferentes esferas sociais, evidenciando a construção do conhecimento, por meio da interação em comunidade. Partimos, com efeito, do entendimento de que as habilidades de oralidade e escrita não podem ser dissociadas, pois a aproximação entre as duas é fundamental na formação das crianças. Para esse estudo adotamos a perspectiva de linguagem como atividade de desenvolvimento, relacionada às propostas de Bakhtin (2003); Vigotski (1998, 2007); e às perspectivas de texto e gênero em Marcushi (2002, 2008) e Fávero, Andrade e Aquino (2000). O projeto foi aplicado com alunos de 7 a 9 anos de idade, estudantes da Escola Municipal Higino Antunes Pires Neto, localizada na cidade de Francisco Beltrão/PR. Frente a isso, ao aplicar o projeto, sugerimos ser possível promover uma reflexão sobre a importância da oralidade e conduzir os alunos ao domínio da expressão oral em diferentes esferas sociais. O objetivo central que norteou este trabalho consistiu em desenvolver um projeto direcionado para alunos da educação básica, de uma escola pública, propondo ferramentas didáticas que possam auxiliar os professores no trabalho com a oralidade.
